What is collected
Only what you type into a form on this site. That is your name, your email address, and if you choose to give it, your mobile number. Forms also record which page you submitted from, so the reply makes sense.
The site uses basic analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That does not identify you by name.
What it is used for
To reply to you, to send you the thing you asked for, and to run the session or build you signed up for. Nothing else.
Text messages
If you tick the box agreeing to receive texts, your mobile number is used to send messages about the session or build you signed up for.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Getting your data removed
Email adam@2ndbrainway.com and ask. It is deleted, and you get a reply confirming it. No form, no hoops.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
