A five-crew landscape company in Northeast Florida ran on group texts and whiteboards. They paid a five-figure fixed quote from the standard build ladder, in one payment on 27 July 2026, before go-live. The application is built and in their hands as a working demonstration they have driven themselves; sign-in and the database go in before go-live. When it goes live this card changes, and the date it changed stays on the page.

The flagship. Briefs me every morning, sweeps my inbox, watches my calendar, remembers every promise I make, and speaks when spoken to. Every recipe in the Vault and every system on this page traces back to machinery SAMM and I run first.

The crochet pattern organizer, row counter, and stitch tracker: live in the world at wovely.app. Several hard problems solved at once by one person at night, which is exactly the pressure that forced the second brain into existence.

Comic panels included. Signup, confirmations, replays, countdowns, and the lead pipeline behind them: all built the same week they were designed, by the same second brain they advertise. The product demonstrates itself.

The build that started the practice: a month-end routine that swallowed whole evenings, being rebuilt so the machine carries the collecting, reconciling, and retyping. The origin story lives on its own page: origin issue no. 1.
