The text message programme
Programme description. 2ndBrain sends text messages to people who have asked for them. Messages confirm a session or workshop seat you signed up for, remind you shortly before it starts, reply to a question you asked through this site, and occasionally tell you about a new session.
How you join. You tick a box next to your mobile number on a form on this site. The box is not ticked for you and the form will not submit without it. The wording you agree to is: "I agree to receive recurring text messages from 2ndBrain at this number, including messages sent by an automated system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy anything 2ndBrain sells without agreeing to receive texts.
Message frequency. Up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency varies with what you signed up for.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by 2ndBrain.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation that you are unsubscribed, and then nothing further. Reply START to join again.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or email adam@2ndbrainway.com, or call 904-478-0440.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
The same terms, in the standard form. Program name: 2ndBrain Sessions and Updates. Sender: Wovely, LLC d/b/a 2ndBrain. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 904-478-0440. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at adam@2ndbrainway.com or 904-478-0440. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
