The 2ndBrain Way · the room
Join the movement. Bring one thing, take one back.
A room where owners and operators help each other get their time back, and where the training is not only mine. I built the system for my own drowning ADHD brain, then found out everybody else was drowning at the same desk. So the room is the front door to learning it, and every person who walks in adds to what is inside.

How it works
Five steps. The last one is the point.
Nobody is admitted for who they are. You walk in, you say what eats your week, and the room gets to work on it. Then you owe the room one thing back. That is the whole membership.
- Walk in.The door above. You land in start-here, where the on-ramp is pinned and the rules fit on a card.
- Say the hat that eats your week.Marketing, quotes, the inbox, the books, follow-ups. One hat, in your own words, in introductions.
- Take the Starter Pack. One sheet, ten minutes. Count your hats, circle one, take it apart with the five questions I ask before I build anything.
- Bring one thing to Thursday.Free, 9 PM ET, online. One real task built live in front of the room, including what breaks. Yours can be the one.
- Give one thing back.A prompt that worked, a recipe, a receipt, a warning. What you built goes in the resources for the next person. That is how the training stops being only mine.
What is inside
Not a feed. A working room.
Everything in it exists to get somebody an hour back. The parts members add are the parts I am proudest of.
- The learning pathstart-here, the Starter Pack, the free Thursday session, the workshops, the Vault. In that order, one step at a time, at whatever pace your week allows.
- Resources members addPrompts, recipes, checklists and the thing you built that finally worked. Credited to you, findable by the next person with your problem.
- The build logWhat got built this week, including what broke and what it took to fix. The company runs in public; this is where the receipts land.
- WinsSomething that used to take an hour and now does not. Post the receipt. It is the channel prospects screenshot, and the one that keeps the rest honest.
- Ask anythingAny question about getting a thing built or getting your week back, answered in the open so the next person finds it.
- The showLive chat and the stage when I am on air. Ask a question in the room and it gets answered out loud on the stream.
- The Vault, the paid roomEverything above is free. The Vault is the paid room inside it: the drops, the help forum answered in public, the build logs and the voice room, delivered as a role on this same server. Every paid product includes it.
Who it is for
People without enough hands for the work that needs doing.
The person doing three jobs
- A business owner wearing eleven hats and holding the whole operation together by memory.
- A marketing leader with no team, an operator carrying a whole function inside a bigger company.
- Anyone at home carrying too much: the budget across every source, the appointments nobody tracks, the paperwork.
- People who were handed software once, and the logins, and then never heard from the vendor again.
Gurus, pitches and passengers
- If you already own this vocabulary and came to sell a course, this is the wrong room. The people here are drowning, not browsing.
- No pitching in the room. Help first, and if somebody wants what you have, they will ask you.
- Nobody sits and watches for long. Give one thing back. The room notices.
- Help first. Answer before you ask. The room runs on people who show up for somebody else's problem.
- Receipts over claims. Show the before and the after. What it cost, what it saved, what broke.
- No pitching in the room. The door is free and it stays that way. Sell nothing in here, including me.
An army of like-minded people, each one adding what they built.
That is the room I am building, and the day it needs me less is the day it is working. Walk in, say the hat, take the pack, bring one thing Thursday, give one thing back.
