Before Web.com was Web.com it was Website Pros, and there were about ten of us. I built the assembly line for web development that helped carry it to a 120 person operation. It took a thousand people to run that machine.

It takes one to run the one I am building now. Thirty years ago I started as a corporate trainer teaching adults to use systems they did not choose. The job has not changed. Only the tools did.

What does this actually cost?

The Thursday session is free. Workshops are $350 a seat, 10 seats. A build starts at a $7,500 deposit and is quoted in writing before anything begins. The Vault, which is the recipes, is $24 a month.

Do I need to know anything about technology?

No. If you did, you would not need me. The whole product is that somebody on your team ends up able to run it, and that person is usually not technical either.

What if it breaks after you leave?

I break it in front of you on purpose before I go, so you have already seen it fail and know what to do. And my cell number is on this page.
