About Adam

I built a 2ndBrain for my own head.

I've spent over twenty years building the machine behind the marketing. Websites, stores, funnels, teams, and the tools that make them run.

Now I build that for people who don't have enough hands.

At Web.com I spent eleven years running web operations. I grew a small design team to 120 people and ran it like a Ford assembly line. Designers, developers, writers and QC, every site built the same way, every time. That line is still how I build. Later I led digital marketing and ecommerce for consumer brands, including PGA TOUR and Savannah Bee Company.

I've spent just as long in training rooms. Guest speaker and facilitator for Vistage in Houston. A graduate of Franklin Covey training. More recently, The Ultimate Sales Machine, run deep inside a working operation every day, with what Chet Holmes called pigheaded discipline and determination. So when I speak or train a team, you get what held up in a real business, not slides.

Every seat taught me the same thing. The tool is never the deliverable. Somebody using it is.

Here's the part I don't usually say. I have ADHD. For most of my career I hid it and held it together with lists that kept falling on the floor. So I started building myself a second brain, something that fills in the blanks instead of asking for discipline I didn't have. It worked on me first. It changed everything.

Then it got out of the house. That's 2ndBrain.

Wovely.app came first. Crochet pattern management, built with love for my wife Dani.

Then a landscaping office showed me its one problem. Every Thursday they retyped last week's schedule so the crews could get a Friday group text. We put the day on every crew's phone instead. That build became Six Sharp, crew scheduling for the trades.

Then a statistician who needed software that shows its work. That became StatPro.

Next on the bench: tools for hiring, and for the people side of a business.

How it works: we find the job you redo every week, build it with you, and hand it over working. Then I break it in front of you, so you know where it fails before it fails on you. And I stay until your people run it without me.

Bring me the one job you redo every week. That's where we start.
