You cannot put yourself up. Somebody has to do it for you.

You already know who they are.

• The one running the whole thing off a whiteboard and a phone, and who has done it that way for nine years because it works well enough to never get fixed.
• The one who has said the idea out loud at every family dinner and has never had a Saturday free to do anything about it.
• Somebody very good at the work and nowhere near a keyboard.
• A local operator who would never fill in a form about themselves, because filling in forms about yourself is not a thing they do.

It is not a hardship test and nobody has to make a case for being deserving. There is one question: would going into this together actually get the thing built.

A partnership, not a prize.

• We go into it together. Shared investment, both sides carrying risk. That is the difference between something somebody abandons and a business somebody runs.
• They run it at the end. Their business, their customers, their decisions.
• It gets built in the open, Thursdays at 9 PM ET, exactly like the commissioned two.
• It gets handed over and then broken in front of them, so they know where it fails before it fails on them.

Nobody is being done a favor here, and it should not be read as one. It is the same build, entered on different terms, with the operator in the operator's chair.

They did not ask to be here, and we treat it that way.

• Adam contacts them once. Personally. One call or one message, from him, saying who put them up and why.
• They are not added to any list. No newsletter, no sequence, no texts, no follow-up campaign.
• Their name is not read out anywhere, on the stream or otherwise, unless they say yes first.
• If they say no, or say nothing, that is the end of it. Nothing follows and nobody is contacted twice.
• Your own details are used to tell you what happened with the nomination, and for nothing else.

Put in a name you would be comfortable telling them you put in.

Nobody raises their own hand for this.

The whole system began as one person trying to solve his own productivity problem against an ADHD brain. It filled in the blanks and made what he already had work. Slot 03 is that, handed to somebody who would never have gone looking for it.

Which is why it is a partnership and not a favor. The distance between having the idea and having the thing is not talent and it is not money. It is one person sitting down and drawing it with you, and then staying until you can run it without them.
