WHAT'S
ON

Two a month · the front door

Have an app you always wanted built, but never knew how, or never had the time?

The whiteboard you photograph every morning and text to the crew. The shoebox of receipts. The same twenty questions on the phone every day. The quote you retype from scratch every single time. Those are the ideas. That is what gets built here.

Send yours and you get a personal review and a real written quote back from Adam: what would be built, what it would take, and the order the steps go in. Free, no card, whether or not you ever take a spot. Nobody leaves empty handed.

Send the idea · two minutes

No call to book. No budget question. No deck. No technical word required.

Or just call. The line is answered. (904) 478-0440

It already knows about this. Say the idea out loud instead of typing it.

Two a month. That is the whole shop.

SLOT 01AVAILABLE
SLOT 02AVAILABLE
SLOT 03BY NOMINATION

One person builds them, so two a month is a ceiling and not a marketing device. When the two are gone they are gone until the board reopens. Slot 03 is a partnership with a local St Johns entrepreneur: shared investment, we go into it together, and they run the business at the end. It is reached only by nomination, and you cannot put yourself up.

WHAT GETS BUILT

Or maybe you already know exactly what needs building.

You have the solution in your head already. You know what it does and who it is for. What you do not have is the path: what gets built first, what it costs, what order it goes in, and who does it. That is the same door. Send it and the path comes back in writing.

There is no such thing as too small or too odd.

  • An iOS app for the thing you end up explaining to somebody every week.
  • A scheduling app for a landscape crew, so the whiteboard stops being the schedule.
  • Something for statisticians. Something for crochet enthusiasts. Both are real asks and neither is a joke.
  • The quote you retype from scratch every time, done once and reused.
  • The shoebox of receipts, turned into a number you can actually look at on a Tuesday.

You do not need a plan, a spec or a name for it. A sentence is enough. If the shape is wrong, that is exactly what the quote is for.

HOW IT GOES

From a sentence to something on your phone.

  1. You send the idea.Six questions, in your own words. About ninety seconds on a phone.
  2. It gets read by the person who would build it.Not a filter, not a sales inbox, not a form that goes into a pile.
  3. You get a real quote back.A personal review from Adam, a written scope, a breakdown of what would be built, the order the steps go in, and a number. Free, no card, and yours to keep whether you take a spot, build it yourself, or hand it to somebody else.
  4. Two get commissioned that month.Chosen against the questions printed further down this page, so the choice is checkable rather than a matter of taste.
  5. The third is a partnership, and it arrives by nomination.Somebody puts a neighbor's name in. Shared investment, we go into it together, and they run it at the end.
  6. The build runs live, Thursdays at 9 PM ET.Real hours, failures left in, nothing pre-recorded. Free to watch, and no spot is required to sit in.
  7. It gets handed over, then broken in front of you on purpose.Logins, account, code. You see where it fails before it fails on you.
  • What you never have to do: book a call, state a budget, sit through a demo, or know one technical word.
  • Who can send: anybody. A business, a household, a crew, a hobby. The campaign is aimed at local St Johns operators and it is not restricted to them.
TWO MINUTES

Free review, free quote

Tell me the idea.

Write it the way you would say it out loud. Plain words are the point, and the sloppy version of a real idea beats the tidy version of a vague one.

HOW THE TWO GET PICKED

Innovative does not mean nobody has built it.

It means nobody has built it for you. A program that rewards novelty rewards the people who already know what is novel, and they are not who this is for. These are the questions, they are the same every month, and they get asked out loud.

  1. Can one person build it in one night. One screen doing one job scores highest. A platform scores nothing, and that is the only outright disqualifier.
  2. Is there a named person who opens it on a Tuesday.A name and a specific morning beats a role, and a role beats a market.
  3. Does it do one job.Count the times the word "and" appears in your own description. That is roughly the score.
  4. Could you go and buy it this afternoon. If nothing off the shelf does this, or the shelf version is wrong for you in a way you can say out loud, that is where the real work is.
  5. Would a stranger understand in twenty seconds why it matters. This one is printed rather than hidden, because it runs on a stream and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

The tie-break: when two are close, the one further from step one wins. Between somebody who has shipped before and somebody who has never built anything, it goes to the person who has never built anything. Said in advance, said again on air.

  • Never a criterion: how big the business is, how well the entry is written, or anything nice said about me.
  • Not picked is not nothing. The review and the quote come back the same either way, and the entry stands for the next month without being resent.
THE MONTH

How a month runs.

The board opensTwo spots. They move only when a build is actually commissioned.
Every entry, on the way inA personal review and a written quote back. Free, no card.
Slot 03A partnership with a local entrepreneur, reached only by nomination.
Thursdays, 9:00 PM ETThe build runs live. Free to watch, no spot required.
At the end of a buildHanded over, then broken on purpose in front of the person who owns it.

When the two are gone they are gone until the board reopens. Nothing sent is lost: an entry that arrives after the two have gone carries into the next month, and the quote still comes back.

DOORS THAT COST NOTHING

You do not have to take a spot to get something out of this.

  • The quote. A personal review and a written scope back on whatever you send. Free, no card, spot or no spot.
  • A free workshop every week. Limited seats, because it is a room and not a broadcast. See what is on.
  • Paid training every other week. Building and developing, for people who would rather learn to do it themselves. Same page.
  • The build, live on YouTube. Thursdays at 9 PM ET. Free to watch, no spot required. Watch.
  • The phone. (904) 478-0440, answered, and it already knows about this.
WHAT YOU OWN

It is yours, and then it gets broken in front of you.

  • You own the application and your idea. Logins, account, code.
  • Every delivery is a build or a business engine. The build is the floor. On top of it you pick the operating lanes you want running with it, the same ones this shop runs on.
  • The recording of the build stays here. Your business, your data and your customers do not.
  • The handover is not the end of it. It gets handed over and then broken on purpose in front of you, so you know where it fails before it fails on you.
AND YOUR EMAIL

One list, and this is the whole of it.

The address you leave is used to send your quote back and to tell you what happened with your entry. It also puts you on the same one list as the free Thursday session: one reminder before it, the replay after it, and nothing else. No sequence, no pitch on a timer. Leave any time and the link is in every note.

If you would rather leave a cell number instead of an address, that works too, and you go on no list at all.

WHY THIS EXISTS

This started with a brain that would not hold the path.

The whole system began as one person trying to solve his own productivity problem against an ADHD brain. It filled in the blanks and made what he already had work. Everything on this page is that, handed to somebody else.

Which is why slot 03 is a partnership and not a favor. The distance between having the idea and having the thing is not talent and it is not money. It is one person sitting down and drawing it with you, and then staying until you can run it without them.

Have the idea and not the cash? Have the cash and not the idea?

We have you covered. Send it, and the quote comes back either way.
