The Morning Brief That Runs Itself
01Every morning: one phone-screen brief that reads your calendar, inbox, and open promises, and names the three things that actually need you. Four steps; step one is free, right here.
Step 1. Build the promise ledger. I am going to list everything I currently owe anyone: deliverables, replies, calls, favors, deadlines. For each one, capture: what it is, who it is for, when it is due (or MISSING if I never committed to a date), and what the next physical action is. Ask me questions until the list feels complete, then hold it as my Promise Ledger. Do not soften my overdue items.

The paid room inside the 2ndBrain Way
The Vault is a room, not a folder.
The free room is open to anyone who walks in: the community on Discord, the Starter Pack, the Friday session at noon. The Vault is one page of the paid room, The 2ndBrain Way, and your subscription is delivered as a role on the same server, the moment you tell me your username. Here is what the role opens.
- vault-drops. What landed this month: the recipes, the templates, the files from every workshop. The free room can see the shelf; only the Vault can take from it.
- vault-help. One thread per problem, answered in public so the next person finds it. This is the product. You are not paying for files, you are paying for somebody to answer.
- build-logs. What is being built this week, including what broke, before it is a post anywhere.
- Workshop replays with the files, and first pick on the Friday build-with-me.
