WHAT'S
ON
ONE MESSAGE, EVERY STAKEHOLDER, NOTHING SAID TWICE

The Public Affairs Desk · BUILT FOR YOU, DELIVERED IN 21 DAYS

When your business is suddenly a public matter, one desk holds the message, the people and the press.

A rezoning, a permit fight, a dispute that reached the paper, a launch that needs a town to say yes. The desk keeps one message across every mouth, tracks every stakeholder and what they were told, gets your release found by the engines and the wire, and monitors what comes back. Built from playbooks that were run on real matters, with none of those matters on this page.

Order it, built for you What you get

An engraved catalog plate: a small hand printing press with blank broadsheets and a brass megaphone.
The plate. The proof of it running is below, in words and dates; a screenshot of the running surface joins it when the desk captures one without a number on it.

The missing engine

Message discipline, a stakeholder map that is kept, and a press engine that puts your side where it can be found.

In your world

One story, told the same way by everyone on your side. A map of who matters and what they have heard. A release that lands where a reporter and a search engine will find it.

The hours back

  • Fielding the reporter's deadline with a lawyer who says say nothing.
  • Correcting five versions of your own story.

Stated as the task that stops being yours. No number is claimed until one is measured on your own desk.

The next rung

A Desk of Mine

A standing desk of mine for your team: one address, a queue you can see, two to four builds a month, a monthly board.

See it

The problem, in your words

Somebody else is telling your story, and every person on your side is telling a slightly different one. The reporter has a deadline and you have a lawyer who says say nothing.

What you get

Built for you and handed over inside 21 days of your order.

  • One matter file: the message, the proof points, the questions and the answers, kept current
  • The stakeholder map: who matters, what they were told, when, by whom
  • The press engine: the release, the newsroom page, the wire, the engines, the monitoring
  • A weekly read of what was said about you and by whom
  • Counsel in the loop on anything that touches a legal matter, always

Proof

BUILT FOR YOU, DELIVERED IN 21 DAYS

The playbooks, the matter template and the release distribution routine exist and were run in 2026; this desk is the first time they are offered under this name.

Handed over, then broken in front of you

THE METHOD

Built on your accounts, on a call, with you watching. Then I break it on purpose so you see where it fails before it fails on you. You keep the spec, the config, the recording of it being built, and the keys. The objection I am answering is not whether it works. It is whether you will be left holding something you do not understand.

How to buy

Buy it once and own it.

Prices are on the card, and the card is one message away.

Run for you

The desk, monthly, per matter

A desk of mine on one matter for as long as it is live.

Price on the card

Ask me for the card

Every checkout runs on Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, a receipt in your inbox. Or text (904) 478-0440 and ask for the The Public Affairs Desk card.

Straight answers, including the limits.

Is this a PR firm?

It is the engine a PR firm would run, without the retainer for the lunch. One desk, one matter, one message, kept.

Will you talk to the press for me?

No. The desk writes what you say and puts it where it can be found. You or your counsel say it. Nothing goes out in your name that you have not read.

What about astroturf?

Never. Every voice is a real person who agreed to speak. A gate in the playbook refuses the alternative.

What is not included?

Legal advice. Lobbying. Any matter where I would be on the other side of a client I already have.

After you buy

The intake for The Public Affairs Desk.

Ten minutes, once. The receipt sends you here after checkout, and the build starts from this. Nothing waits on a call.

For the sit-in reminder only.

24 characters minimum. Which desk, and the one line we are measured on.

Nothing on this form is a price. Money runs on Stripe Checkout after the intake, and the receipt carries the row id.

The rest of the path, as forms: the handover (signed at the sit-in), an add-on order, and the monthly check-in (sent on the anniversary day).
