The Production Engine · BUILT FOR YOU, DELIVERED IN 1 DAYS
You shoot it on your phone. The editing team makes it a film and a version for every platform, the same night, after a ten-minute interview that gets the vibe right first.
The line that turns a phone clip into a film: the file pulled off the phone over a private link, the interview that sets the mood, the music, the faces and the look, three looks rendered for your pick, a storyboard, a script in your voice, the cut, the grade, the score, a version for every platform telling its own story, checked before it leaves, posted with a code on every door, and read back as arrivals.
The missing engine
One phone video becomes a film and a version for every platform, the same night.
In your world
You shoot the thing on your phone and send it. By the evening there is a film, a version for every platform you hold, each with its own words, and a code on every door. On the first of the month you read which platform brought people in.
The hours back
- The week a video sits on your phone.
- The nine uploads, nine captions, nine crops.
- Finding out which one worked.
Stated as the task that stops being yours. No number is claimed until one is measured on your own desk.
The next rung
The Post Desk
The cut to the beat, burned captions, the transcript beside it, the shorts by evening, and nothing posted that fails the Cut Standard.
See itThe problem, in your words
You have the footage. You do not have the week it takes to make it into something, the person who knows what a cut should look like, or the hands to post it nine ways and find out which one worked.
What you get
Built for you and handed over inside 1 days of your order.
- The intake: your footage as you shoot it, from a folder or straight off your phone over a private link. No upload page, no file-size limit.
- Art direction: three looks rendered from your own footage, for your pick, before a frame is cut.
- The storyboard and the script, in your voice, read by you before anything is built on them.
- The cut: graded, scored, captioned, with a title and an end card that lands on one door.
- A version for every platform you hold (9:16, 16:9, 1:1), each telling its own story from the same material.
- The check every piece passes before it leaves: loudness, dead air, captions, the end card, the first frame.
- The post, on your accounts, with a code on every door so each platform's arrivals are its own number.
- The readout, monthly: who arrived from which platform and what they did next.
Proof
BUILT FOR YOU, DELIVERED IN 1 DAYSThe line ran once on my own footage on 19 September 2026: one phone clip to a film and six platform versions the same evening. The owner's verdict on the first cuts is the reason this is on order and not on the shelf: the vibe was wrong, and the fix is the interview below, asked before a frame is cut. It goes on the shelf when a piece of ours has produced likes and follows on the socials, with the numbers on this page.
Handed over, then broken in front of you
THE METHODBuilt on your accounts, on a call, with you watching. Then I break it on purpose so you see where it fails before it fails on you. You keep the spec, the config, the recording of it being built, and the keys. The objection I am answering is not whether it works. It is whether you will be left holding something you do not understand.
Ways to buy
Deploy it this week, or buy it once and own it.
The monthly is the immediate path: the same build plus a standing seat of mine that fixes it the day a platform changes something. Cancel with 30 days notice and keep the build. Prices are on the card, and the card is one message away.

Why an interview before the cut?
Because a slow, cinematic cut of a loud, happy night is a good film of the wrong night. Ten minutes on the vibe, the music, the faces and one reference video is the difference, and it is asked before a frame is cut.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Your footage is enough; the words go on cards or a voice reads them.
Which platforms?
Every one you hold. The same material is cut to 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, 16:9 for YouTube and LinkedIn, and 4:5 for a Facebook feed, and each version tells its own story rather than a crop of the same one.
How do I know it worked?
Every version ends on one door with its own code. The monthly readout says who arrived from which platform and what they did next, with the source named.
After you buy
The interview for The Production Engine.
Ten minutes, once. The receipt sends you here after checkout. Your answers are the build: they name the people, the places and the doors this one is made around, so nothing generic ships.
The rest of the path, as forms: the handover (signed at the sit-in), an add-on order, and the monthly check-in (sent on the anniversary day).
