THE 2 A.M. GUEST QUESTION, ANSWERED

The Guest Desk · BUILT FOR YOU, DELIVERED IN 14 DAYS

The 2 a.m. guest question, answered in a human voice, and you only hear about the real ones.

The line for your house or your twenty doors: check-in texts, the wifi question, the turnover to the cleaner, the review ask, and one line a day to you. Built from the guest line that runs my own lake week.

Order it, built for you What you get

An engraved catalog plate: a house key on a brass tag beside a service bell and a folded card.
The plate. The proof of it running is below, in words and dates; a screenshot of the running surface joins it when the desk captures one without a number on it.

The missing engine

The 2 a.m. guest question answered in a human voice, and you only hear about the real ones.

In your world

Guests text one number. The six questions every guest asks get answered in your voice, at any hour. The turnover text reaches the cleaner. The review gets asked for. The one question that needs you reaches you and nothing else does.

The hours back

  • The 2 a.m. wifi question.
  • The turnover text to the cleaner.
  • Asking for the review, every stay.

Stated as the task that stops being yours. No number is claimed until one is measured on your own desk.

The next rung

The Care Plan

Hosting, maintenance and support from go-live, with a nightly drift check. Cancel on 30 days notice.

The problem, in your words

Every guest has the same six questions and asks them at the worst hour. The manager you priced replaced you with a call center. The cleaner did not get the turnover text. The review never got asked for.

What you get

Built for you and handed over inside 14 days of your order.

  • The guest line in a human voice: texts and calls answered, the real ones routed to you
  • Check-in and check-out texts on a clock, with the house's own answers
  • The turnover to your cleaner, and the question if it did not happen
  • The review ask at the right hour, in your words
  • One line a day to you: who is in, what was asked, what needs you

Proof

BUILT FOR YOU, DELIVERED IN 14 DAYS

The guest line runs for my own lake house; the seed lead was two homes, sixteen people, one text.

Handed over, then broken in front of you

THE METHOD

Built on your accounts, on a call, with you watching. Then I break it on purpose so you see where it fails before it fails on you. You keep the spec, the config, the recording of it being built, and the keys. The objection I am answering is not whether it works. It is whether you will be left holding something you do not understand.

Ways to buy

Deploy it this week, or buy it once and own it.

The monthly is the immediate path: the same build plus a standing seat of mine that fixes it the day a platform changes something. Cancel with 30 days notice and keep the build. Prices are on the card, and the card is one message away.

Straight answers, including the limits.

Does it work with Airbnb and VRBO?

It answers on a phone number and a WhatsApp Business line you own. Platform inbox replies are drafted for you to send until the platform allows a connection you control.

Will a guest know it is not me?

It answers in the house's name and does not pretend to be a person if asked. Anything a guest says that needs a human reaches you inside the minute.

What is not included?

Cleaning. Pricing. Listing photos. The pricing watch, cleaner scheduling and upsell texts are small add-ons. Nothing from anyone else's properties: the answers are built from your house.

How many doors?

One house to twenty doors. Past twenty it is a different conversation and I will say so on the call.

After you buy

The intake for The Guest Desk.

Ten minutes, once. The receipt sends you here after checkout, and the build starts from this. Nothing waits on a call.

For the sit-in reminder only.

24 characters minimum. The thing you would hand off first.

The platforms you already hold, by name.

A named person. If it is you, say so.

Nothing on this form is a price. Money runs on Stripe Checkout after the intake, and the receipt carries the row id.

The rest of the path, as forms: the handover (signed at the sit-in), an add-on order, and the monthly check-in (sent on the anniversary day).
