WHAT'S
ON
A DESK THAT ANSWERS, FILES, CHASES AND QUOTES

The Front Desk · RUNNING HERE NOW

A desk that answers the phone, sorts the mail into three piles and chases the money, in your name.

The same desk that runs mine. It picks up your line in a human voice, files every message, drafts the replies in your words, chases the quiet quotes and the unpaid invoices on day four, ten and twenty-one, and puts the day on your phone. Nothing leaves in your name without your yes.

Deploy this week What you get

An engraved catalog plate: a front-desk bell beside a candlestick telephone and three letter trays.
The plate. The proof of it running is below, in words and dates; a screenshot of the running surface joins it when the desk captures one without a number on it.

The missing engine

A desk that answers the phone, sorts the mail into three piles and holds the day, in your name.

In your world

The line gets answered while you are on a job. Mail lands in three piles: needs you, needs a reply, needs nothing. The quote that went quiet gets chased. You get one line a day that says what moved and what needs you.

The hours back

  • Answering the phone on the ladder.
  • Chasing quotes and invoices.
  • The inbox at nine at night.

Stated as the task that stops being yours. No number is claimed until one is measured on your own desk.

The next rung

The Marketing Engine

Your channels keep their rhythm without you opening the app. Drafted in your voice, held for a yes where it counts.

See it

The problem, in your words

You are the bottleneck. Every call, every quote, every follow-up waits for the one person who also has to do the work. The invoice from March is still unpaid because nobody chased it. The quote you sent Tuesday went quiet and you have not noticed yet.

What you get

Every one of these is running on my own desk today.

  • Your line, answered in a human voice you pick, with every call written up and filed
  • Inbox triage into three piles, every morning: needs you, needs a reply, needs nothing
  • The follow-up chaser: quiet quotes and unpaid invoices chased on day 4, 10 and 21, in your words
  • The quote desk: your pricing rules, a written quote drafted inside the hour
  • The board on your phone: the day, the numbers, the next fixed point
  • The approval gate: nothing goes out in your name that you have not said yes to
  • The celebration: a light and a sound in your office on every payment
  • The recording of it being installed, and the spec, which are yours

Proof

RUNNING HERE NOW

Piper answers the 2ndBrain line and runs every hour from 6:30 to 21:30, seven days a week.

Handed over, then broken in front of you

THE METHOD

Built on your accounts, on a call, with you watching. Then I break it on purpose so you see where it fails before it fails on you. You keep the spec, the config, the recording of it being built, and the keys. The objection I am answering is not whether it works. It is whether you will be left holding something you do not understand.

Ways to buy

Deploy it this week, or buy it once and own it.

The monthly is the immediate path: the same build plus a standing seat of mine that fixes it the day a platform changes something. Cancel with 30 days notice and keep the build. Prices are on the card, and the card is one message away.

The Chaser, monthly

The follow-up chaser and the inbox triage, installed on your mail in one call, kept working by a standing seat of mine. The low rung. Deploy this week.

Straight answers, including the limits.

Who answers the phone?

A voice you pick, on a line you own. It answers in your business's name, takes the message, and writes it up. It does not pretend to be a person if somebody asks. Calls that need you are routed to you; the rest are filed.

Can it send something I have not seen?

No. Every reply it drafts sits in your outbox until you say yes. The chaser's day-4, day-10 and day-21 notes are templates you read once, then it sends from them. Anything with a price in it always waits for you.

What does it need from me?

Access to the mailbox it triages, the phone number it answers, and one hour on a call to set the three piles and your pricing rules. It runs on your machine or one I set up for you; the keys are yours.

What is not included?

A human receptionist. A CRM you do not already have. The lead list, which is the harvest engine and an add-on. Bookkeeping. If your billing is not Stripe or an invoice you send by mail, the chaser reads your sent folder instead, which is slower.

What if it breaks?

On the monthly it is fixed the day a platform changes something, and you have a reply line to me. On the one-time build you have the spec, the recording and the code, and the break-it session in week two showed you where it fails.

After you buy

The intake for The Front Desk.

Ten minutes, once. The receipt sends you here after checkout, and the build starts from this. Nothing waits on a call.

For the sit-in reminder only.

24 characters minimum. The thing you would hand off first.

The platforms you already hold, by name.

A named person. If it is you, say so.

Nothing on this form is a price. Money runs on Stripe Checkout after the intake, and the receipt carries the row id.

The rest of the path, as forms: the handover (signed at the sit-in), an add-on order, and the monthly check-in (sent on the anniversary day).
