WHAT'S
ON
THE SAME WATCHDOG THAT AUDITS MY OWN FUNNEL

The Auditor Seat · RUNNING HERE NOW

Of the people who arrived at your site today, how many reached a door, and where exactly did the rest stop.

Three times a day it reads who arrived, from where, what they did, and where they stopped. It names the page, the scroll, the button nobody could find. It flags what needs a person and sends you one line, not a dashboard.

The missing engine

The watchdog that audits my own funnel, assigned to yours: who arrived, who reached a door, where the rest stopped.

In your world

Three reads a day of your site. It answers the one question the charts never asked: why did nobody book. When six phone visitors leave with no door, the door gets moved and you get one line about it.

The hours back

  • Opening analytics, or not opening them.
  • Guessing why the page did not convert.

Stated as the task that stops being yours. No number is claimed until one is measured on your own desk.

The next rung

A Desk of Mine

A standing desk of mine for your team: one address, a queue you can see, two to four builds a month, a monthly board.

See it

The problem, in your words

You have analytics and you have never opened them, because they answer questions you did not ask. The one you did ask, why did nobody book, is not on any chart.

What you get

Every one of these is running on my own desk today.

  • Three reads a day: arrivals, sources, pages, doors reached, where the rest stopped
  • One line to you when something needs a person, with the page and the fault named
  • A weekly note in plain words, and a ranked list of what to fix
  • The fixes handed to whoever runs your site, or done on the monthly if I do

RUNNING HERE NOW

Reads 2ndbrainway.com and wovely.app at 07:30, 12:30 and 18:30 every day; six phone visitors who left with no door were found on 16 September and the door was moved.

Handed over, then broken in front of you

THE METHOD

Built on your accounts, on a call, with you watching. Then I break it on purpose so you see where it fails before it fails on you. You keep the spec, the config, the recording of it being built, and the keys. The objection I am answering is not whether it works. It is whether you will be left holding something you do not understand.

How to buy

Deploy it this week.

The monthly is the immediate path: the same build plus a standing seat of mine that fixes it the day a platform changes something. Cancel with 30 days notice and keep the build. Prices are on the card, and the card is one message away.

Ask me for the card

Every checkout runs on Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, a receipt in your inbox. Or text (904) 478-0440 and ask for the The Auditor Seat card.

Straight answers, including the limits.

What does it need?

A tag on your site, or read access to the analytics you already have. Your own visits are excluded so the numbers are strangers.

Does it change my site?

Not on its own. It names the fault and the fix. On a package I run, the fix ships the same day and you see the before and after.

What is not included?

Ad reporting. A dashboard you have to read; you get one line and a weekly note.

After you buy

The intake for The Auditor Seat.

Ten minutes, once. The receipt sends you here after checkout, and the build starts from this. Nothing waits on a call.

From the shapes on this page.

24 characters minimum: where it goes and what it should do there.

Nothing on this form is a price. Money runs on Stripe Checkout after the intake, and the receipt carries the row id.

The rest of the path, as forms: the handover (signed at the sit-in), an add-on order, and the monthly check-in (sent on the anniversary day).
