A Desk of Mine.
You have more jobs worth automating than you have time to describe. A one-off build fixes one of them and then the list grows back.
One address, a queue you can see, builds every month, and a monthly board.
What it costs
A fixed number, in writing, before you owe anything.
Running nowThe same desks run 2ndBrain itself every day.
Who it is for.
- Teams with a long list and nobody to build it
- Owners who want a standing partner, not a project
- Companies already running one of our builds
What it does.
A standing desk of mine, assigned to your team. One address to send the work to, a queue you can see, two to four builds a month off the top of it, and a monthly board of what shipped and what it changed.
What you get
- One address for every request
- A queue you can see, ranked
- Two to four builds a month
- Each build handed over and broken in front of the person who runs it
- A monthly board: what shipped, what it changed
Day one.
- The address your team sends work to
- Your list turned into a ranked queue you can see
- The first build picked from the top
The handover.
We build it on your accounts with you watching. Then we hand it over and break it on purpose, in front of you and the person who will run it, so you both know where it fails before it fails on you. You keep the recording and a written page on how to fix it.
I hand it over and then break it in front of you, so you know where it fails before it fails on you.

What counts as a build?
One named job, built, handed over and broken in front of the person who runs it. Bigger jobs take more than one slot, and you see that on the queue before it starts.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly. Everything built is yours.
Is this the same as the Front Desk?
No. The Front Desk is one product. This is a standing team building whatever is next on your list.
What does it cost?
The prices are on this page. A fixed number, in writing, before you owe anything. You get the number after a 15-minute walkthrough, and you owe nothing until you have read it.
