Tips buy the tokens.

Everything I do live is free and stays free. But the machine behind it runs on real compute, and somebody asked me the other night who pays for all that horsepower. The honest answer: the jar does.

Every tip literally buys machine time. If something here saved you an afternoon, a few dollars keeps the genie fueled. If not, take the free seat and bring a hard problem instead; that is worth more to me anyway.

WHAT A TIP DOES, LIVE

ANY TIP Fuel. The machine runs on tokens and the tokens run on you. Name read out on stream, gratitude eternal.

$50 · THE INTERRUPT I stop whatever I am doing, on the spot, and build or test your thing with you, right then and there, live. This is the button that seizes the show.

Tiers apply while the stream is live. Off the air, every tip is fuel and every dollar is machine time.

Card tipping is not switched on yet. The jar is built and this page is its permanent home, so this code and this link will keep working once it is. In the meantime the best thing you can do costs nothing: take a seat on Thursday and bring something hard.

A tip is generous. A hard problem is more useful. Every Thursday at noon ET somebody brings the thing they have been carrying and it gets built while they watch, and if we turn yours into something people buy, you are a 50% partner from the first dollar.
