Outbound Engine

You have the list. We run the engine that reaches it.

Short, plain emails in your voice, to the businesses on your list, every business day. Up to 1,000 a day on Starter. Sent slowly enough to stay out of spam, from domains that keep your real email safe. The domains and the replies stay yours.

Starter is $750 a month, month to month. Founding rate for the first 5 customers.

Who it is for

Small businesses that sell to other businesses, with a list and no one to work it.

Agencies and consultants

Marketing, web, staffing and sales consultants who need a steady flow of first conversations and have no SDR.

Service companies selling to businesses

Commercial cleaning, landscaping, pest, HVAC, roofing and pool companies reaching property managers, HOAs and builders.

Local B2B

IT and managed services, insurance brokers, payroll and bookkeeping, signage, equipment rental. Anyone whose buyer is another owner.

Business addresses only. We do not mail consumers, and we turn down lists we cannot verify.

The problem

Most owners with a good list never mail it.

It is a part-time job

Domains, inboxes, warmup, verification, follow-ups, replies. All of it before the first conversation.

Agencies keep the keys

Thousands a month, and when you stop paying, the domains, the copy and the replies can leave with them.

Your real email is on the line

Cold mail from your main address risks the quotes, invoices and customer replies that run your business.

What is included

Everything it takes, run for you.

Sending domains and inboxes

Separate domains that say who you are and point to your site, three inboxes on each, and every record Gmail and Outlook check: SPF, DKIM, DMARC.

Warmup and daily caps

Every inbox starts at a few emails a day and climbs. Per-inbox and per-domain caps, and it stops on its own if bounces or complaints rise.

List checking

Every address verified before it is mailed. Bad ones go on the never-send list. Risky ones are held to a small share of a day.

Three emails in your voice

A short first note and two follow-ups, written with you. A reply stops the sequence for that person. Nothing goes out you have not read.

Replies in one place

Every reply sorted: interested, not now, wrong person, stop. Interested ones come to you the same day with a way to book.

Compliance built in

Your real name and business address, honest subject lines, one-click unsubscribe, opt-outs honoured before the next send, one stop list across every inbox.

One page to watch it

Sent today, replies, bounce and complaint rates, anything we are watching. If something is off, you get one sentence from us and the fix.

A person on it

We look at it every business day, change one thing at a time when the numbers are weak, and tell you what we learned.

How it works

Four steps. First emails inside about a week.

  1. You tell us the offer, the buyer and the listA ten-minute intake after checkout: what you sell, who signs for it, and your list as a spreadsheet.
  2. We build the sending setup and check the listDomains, inboxes and records set up, and your list verified address by address.
  3. You read the three emails onceWe write them with you, in your words. Nothing sends until you say yes.
  4. It sends every business day, and replies come to youSlowly at first, rising over about five weeks. You see every number as it comes in.
Honest numbers

New domains have to earn a good name first. So the volume climbs.

On Starter, about 40 inboxes start at 5 emails a day each and step up only after clean days. This is the plan, not a promise; a bad day steps it back.

~200a day, week 1
~400a day, week 2
~600a day, week 3
~800a day, week 4
1,000a day, week 5 on

We do not promise replies, meetings or revenue. Nobody honest can; it depends on your offer and your list. What we promise is that the engine runs every business day, that you see the same numbers we see, and that a quiet week gets a reason and a change, not silence.

Why this over the other ways

Agency-level work at a fraction of an agency retainer, and it all stays yours.

Three ways to get cold email done at about 1,000 a day, set beside this one. Ranges are what the market publishes; sources under the table.

What stays yours

The domains, the list, the replies, the customers.

They are kept for your business, not ours. If you leave, everything goes with you, and we show you how to keep it running without us.

Business addresses only
Your real name and address on every email
One-click unsubscribe, honoured before the next send
One stop list across every inbox
The rules, in plain words

Who does what to keep it clean and legal.

We do

  • Set up and run the sending domains and inboxes
  • Verify every address before it is mailed
  • Put your name, business address and a working unsubscribe on every email
  • Honour every opt-out before the next send, across every inbox
  • Pause sending if bounces or complaints cross a safe line, and tell you why

You do

  • Confirm the list is business contacts you have the right to email, and where it came from
  • Approve the emails and keep the offer honest
  • Give us a real business postal address for the footer
  • Tell us about any opt-out that reaches you another way

We can pause or decline a campaign that would break these rules or put the sending setup at risk.

Questions
Will this land in spam?

Some of any cold email does. We keep it low the slow way: separate domains, every record set, a few emails per inbox per day rising over weeks, plain text, verified addresses, and automatic pauses when bounces or complaints rise. You see the bounce and complaint rates on your page.

Is this legal?

In the US, business-to-business email is allowed under CAN-SPAM when it is honest about who is sending and what it is, carries a physical address, and honours opt-outs promptly. All of that is built in. We only mail business addresses, and we do not send to consumers.

Will it hurt my main email?

No. Your main domain never sends any of it. Everything goes out from separate domains kept for your business, so your everyday email stays clean.

What do you need from me?

Your offer, who you sell to, your list as a spreadsheet with one line on where it came from, a business postal address, and one read of the three emails. About an hour in the first week, then a few minutes a day answering the interested replies.

I do not have a list.

Book a fit call. Often we can build one from public business sources for your area and trade, and we will tell you on the call whether that makes sense for you.

What if nobody replies?

We change the offer, the copy or the list, one at a time, and tell you what we learned. A quiet week is a finding, not a mystery.

How do I cancel?

Month to month. Cancel from your Stripe receipt or by replying to any email from us. The domains and your replies stay yours.
