On the water, the right beds for your group, seen on a live walkthrough before you commit. I deal with the owner. You deal with nobody.
The dates are guaranteed.
Locked at booking, half now and half after the stay. If the house falls through on the owner's side, I place you somewhere at least as good, or every dollar comes back.
The week is planned and handled.
A written itinerary for your people. The house stocked before you arrive. The boat ready. One number you text all week, and whatever it is, it is handled.
Peak season, filled, without the inbox.
A short list on purpose: a handful of homes on the water for next season, peak weeks, full-week bookings, half paid in advance, one human on the other end, and a group that has been vetted by a person. No listing to run, no midnight messages.
Not a word on a page. A list you can hold me to.
Your dates are locked when you book. If the house is lost for any reason on the owner's side, I place your group in a house at least as good for the same dates at no extra fee, or I refund every dollar you paid, to me and toward the stay. Half is paid at booking. The other half is paid after you have had the week.

$2,500 plus 10 percent of the stay
Two or more houses. Sixteen people or more. One week that works.
The family reunion, the group trip, the wedding week. Every house handled, one itinerary for the whole group, a shared boat plan, group dinners booked, one number for everyone.
$4,000 plus 10 percent of the combined stay
The fee books me. The house is invoiced separately at the owner's price, half when we book and half after the week, and that half is what the guarantee stands behind. No markup on the house.
