What Monday looks like after

The quote left the driveway before you did.
Nobody was chased, nobody was forgotten.
“They have the bank behind them. You have the idea. Let’s level the field.”

2ndbrainway.com/workshopsWhat a 2nd brain actually is
A system built around one person. It catches what you drop, connects what you already know, and pushes the work over the line while you are elsewhere. It is not an app. The app is the part you can see.
Why I have one, and why it works
I built the first one for myself. One person, more work than hands, a brain that does not hold detail. Everything on this page is that same system, pointed at your operation instead of mine.
Every engine running here, delivered, or on the bench
The engines. What each one is doing right now.
Every one of these runs my company first. When it has run here long enough to trust, it gets handed over working, to a named person, and broken in front of you so you know where it fails before it fails on you.
The parts catalog every engine on this page, in four columns, one door. Prices on the card.

I built this system for my own drowning ADHD brain, then found out everyone else was drowning at the same desk. The Discord is the front door to learning the way it works: the Starter Pack is waiting inside, every question gets answered in the open, and the workshop's build carries on in there after the stream ends. Free, and the first thing you do is say what eats your week.
Built, delivered, and the twenty-five years behind it
Say it out loud, it is faster
(904) 478-0440Name the one job you would hand to a machine. One sentence is enough. Back comes what I would build, how long it takes and a fixed number, and it is yours to keep whether or not you ever hire me. I built the first one for myself, because I was drowning. It runs this company today, including the parts that go wrong.
What gets built
One task nobody can hand off, done by hand, every week. That one.
Built for the exact Tuesday you described, nothing else. Each one stands alone, plugs into a department you already have, or becomes the whole company.
What actually happens, start to finish
Learn it. Build it in front of you. Hand it over. Break it.
The job that eats your week
Describe the Tuesday that goes wrong. Nobody knows where to begin, so that is where it begins. Thirty minutes, free, before you owe a dollar.
→ 02 · BUILDBuilt in front of you, for your problem
Not a platform with your logo on it. A fixed number in writing before you owe anything, or a straight no. Weeks, not quarters.
→ 03 · HAND OVERHanded to a named person on your side
You drive it before handover. It goes to the person who will run it on a Tuesday, not to a login, with my own review on every build before it reaches your people.
→ 04 · BREAKThen I break it in front of you
So you meet the failure while I am still in the room, and you know where it fails before it fails on you. Your people run it without me. That is the whole product.
→The free workshop is this, run in public on one kind of owner's real job, free. Save a free seat.
Built and running now
Delivering right now, for owners like you.
Built, delivered, and running in somebody else's business
Crew scheduling and dispatch, built so the office manages the calendar from a desktop and the day's route opens on a phone in the field, even where the signal dies.

Live at wovely.app · built and run in houseA client name goes on this page only after they put a yes in writing, which is why the paid engagement above is described rather than named. Yours would work the same way. Ask me on the call and I will put you on the phone with a client who has been through it.
And the two decades behind it. The production line built for a ten-person web shop carried it to a hundred and twenty people, and into what became Web.com. Same line, pointed at small businesses now. Before this I ran it from the inside at Web.com, PCCA, Event Decor Direct and PGA TOUR. The whole story.

Ranges are typical, scope moves the number both ways, and you get it in writing first. On full payment the application, the code and the data are yours. If a build is the wrong instrument for what you described, you get told that instead, and you keep your money.

Straight answers.
What is a 2nd brain?
A system built around one person. It catches what they drop, connects the dots, and pushes the work over the finish line. Mine runs this company. Yours would run yours.
What happens at the free workshop?
One hour, live. A short teach on the part that matters, then a real task from a real local business gets handled in front of everybody. You watch the whole process, including what breaks.
What does a build cost?
One job, gone for good, is $0 to $3,500. The whole pile at once is $14,000 to $21,000. Half at signing, and financing is available. Finding out costs $0. Ranges are typical, scope moves the number both ways, and you get it in writing first.
What if I have the idea but not the cash?
Then you partner on it. There are four ways in and you pick the one that fits: commission it, and one price is agreed before a line is written. Partner on it, and I build it for no fee and we split what it makes, fifty fifty. Or finance it, which is the same build paid over time. Either way the one page that says what it would be, how long it takes and what it costs is free, and it is yours to keep.
Will I understand it after you leave?
You drive it before handover. Then I break it in front of you, so you meet the failure while I am still in the room. It goes to a named person on your side, not to a login. If your people are not using it, it was not delivered.
Do you only work with businesses?
No. A 2nd brain serves anyone carrying too much: a business owner, a marketing leader with no team, a mother at home who needs the budget to run itself across every source. If the load is real, the system is worth building. Sessions and workshops are online; builds are local to Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, St. Augustine and the rest of St. Johns County.
How do I start?
Cheapest first, on purpose. See one built at the free workshop. Bring one task to the workshop. Get one built on a build call. Keep it running on the care plan. Every rung, with its price, is on the shop.
